BOOKING

* What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Print this and present it on arrival at the boat. Every member of the group must print this out and bring it with them on the night.

* How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Every member of the group must print this out and bring it with them on the night.

* Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

* Can I make group bookings?

Yes, we can accept group bookings.

* Can I purchase a ticket at the boat?

No, all tickets must be pre-booked.

GETTING THERE

* Where is the pier?

* Is car parking available?

While there is car parking on the roads we strongly advise you to use public transport to get to the boats.

ON THE NIGHT

* What time should I get to the pier?

The boat will be at the pier at 7.15pm for you to start boarding. We recommend you leave plenty of time to get to the pier as the boat will not wait for latecomers.

* What time will the boat leave?

The boat will aim to leave promptly at 7.30pm.

* Will the boat wait for me if I am late?

No. The boat will not wait for latecomers and so you are advised to leave plenty of time for your journey to the pier.

* How long is the cruise?

The cruise is 4 hours long.

* What time will the boat return to the pier?

The boat will return to the pier at 11.15 which is when the bars will close and the music will be lowered to background level. You then have 15 minutes to finish your drinks and disembark the boat by the end of the party at 11.30pm.

* What is included in my ticket?

You will receive a drinks voucher on arrival, this voucher can be exchanged at the bar for a drink of choice (excluding bottles of wine and champagne, shots or doubles) after which a cash bar will operate at normal pub prices.
A Christmas buffet will be served approximately an hour into the cruise. This has intentionally been designed as food that can be eaten standing or seated. A vegetarian option can be ordered at the time of booking, please note that all vegetarian orders must be received by 5pm on the Monday preceding the cruise.

* Do you accept card payments onboard?

Yes we accept debit cards with a minimum £10 spend. We do not accept credit cards on board.

* What music will the DJ play?

The DJ will play a good selection of chart and dance hits from the last 4 decades, all designed to get you on the dance floor and keep you there all night!

* Is there reserved seating?

No. There is fixed bench seating in the lower saloon however as this is a disco cruise it is not anticipated that guests will wish to remain seated for the duration.

* Is there wheelchair access?

Unfortunately our boats are not suitable for wheelchairs.

* How many toilets are there?

There are 2 female cubicles onboard, along with one male cubicle and urinals.

* Is there a dress code?

We operate a smart-casual dress code, however a lot of people do like to dress up. As it is a moving vessel we recommend sensible footwear.

* Is there a coat check?

Due to lack of space we do not have a coat check onboard. There is an unmanned coat-rail where you may leave garments, but we take no responsibility for lost items.

The boat will be leaving from Temple pier, the full address is Temple Pier, Victoria Embankment, London, WC2R 2PN. Due to congestion around the Central London area you must travel by tube to Temple underground (District & Circle lines) and approach Temple Pier from Temple underground station. You must not drive to Temple pier, but travel there by tube. 

ON THE NIGHT

* What time should I get to the pier?

The boat will be at the pier at 8.45pm for you to start boarding. London will be exceptionally busy on New Year’s Eve and we recommend that you leave at least double the amount of time you would normally leave for your journey.

* What should I do when I get to the pier?

When you arrive at the pier at 8.45pm please wait at the top of the pier for a member of crew to advise that the boat is ready for boarding.

* What time will the boat leave?

The boat will aim to leave promptly at 9pm.

* Will the boat wait for me if I am late?

No. The boat will not wait for latecomers and so you are advised to leave lots of time for your journey to the pier.

* How long is the cruise?

The cruise is 4 hours long.

The boat will return to Temple Pier at 12:45am which is when the bars will close and the music will be lowered to background level. You then have 15 minutes to finish your drinks and disembark the boat by the end of the party at 1am.

You will receive a glass of fizz (or alternative drink of choice) on arrival, after which a cash bar will operate at normal pub prices. A DJ will play a good mix of chart music from all decades.

* Can I buy champagne for midnight?

Yes we offer a range of sparkling wine, Prosecco and champagne behind the bar, alternatively you can pre-order this by the 23rd December and receive a 10% discount.

* Do you accept card payments onboard?

Yes we accept debit cards with a minimum £10 spend. We do not accept credit cards on board.

* What music will the DJ play?

The DJ will play a good selection of chart and dance hits from the last 4 decades, all designed to get you on the dance floor and keep you there all night!

* Is there reserved seating?

No. There is fixed booth seating in the saloon however as this is a disco cruise it is not anticipated that guests will wish to remain seated for the duration. We would ask that everyone is mindful of others on board and does not leave coats etc to 'save' seats while they are dancing.

Our Captain will moor as close to the fireworks as possible, indeed in order to get a good spot he may moor up some time before midnight, which will cut down on the cruising time. The spot he chooses will be the best available on the night subject to weather and tidal factors, as well as other river users. Passenger safety will always be his first priority, followed by the best view of the fireworks.

* Is there wheelchair access?

Unfortunately our boats are not suitable for wheelchairs.

We expect to sell out so if you wish to be with another group we strongly advise you to book as early as possible to guarantee being together. The cruise is running on two vessels, the Golden Jubilee and the Golden Sunrise, so make sure that you book tickets on the same boat as your friends. We reserve the right to amalgamate the cruises and move all guests onto one boat however in this case everyone will be moved on to one boat so you will still be with your friends. We will not move people indiscriminately or without notice.
